Did you ever wonder how people who are self-published get their products on Amazon.com? Kevin Kelly, of Wired Magazine fame (http://www.kk.org) recently gave detailed instructions on his blog. But don't go thinking that this is a fast track to fame and fortune. According to Kelly, Amazon takes "55% of the "official" price (not the sale price but the price you originally determine)" and you still have to pay for printing and shipping to Amazon. But being listed at Amazon does allow you to reach a much broader audience than you could on your own, so perhaps there is a small element of gaining greater fame.
Are you ready to list your book or product? Rush on over to Kevin's blog and you'll find the 8 easy steps to getting your book, CD, or DVD listed on Amazon: http://www.kk.org/cooltools/archives/000668.php#more
